The Kingdom III

The purpose of this study is to address several theological arguments about the Kingdom of Elohim, the main focus will be on the existence of the Kingdom in this age, however we will also answer the following questions:

  • What and where is the Kingdom?
  • When is the Kingdom going to come?
  • Who inherits the Kingdom?
  • Who is promised to work in the Kingdom?
  • What are the steps to ushering in the Kingdom?
  • What is the difference between the Kingdom of Elohim and the Kingdom of heaven?

What we have found so far is there is no difference between the Kingdom of Elohim and the Kingdom of Heaven. Matthew chose to use the term Kingdom of heaven, however when compared to parallel verses in the other gospels the Kingdom of Elohim was used. We have seen there are three manifestations of the ushering in of the Kingdom, which includes the word of the Kingdom, and the power of the Kingdom manifested through miracles done by faith, love and kindness under a charge to not only get people to believe but also show them there will be no lame, sick, ill, or degenerate in the Kingdom. The coming Kingdom will be an eternal existence of righteousness, purity, cleanness, and a total condition of health and well-being. One of the main things we will be looking at in this study is the steps to ushering in the Kingdom.

When he drew near, he saw the city and wept over it, (Luke 19:41 RNWEB)

Yahshua is looking at Yerushalayim and he is weeping.

saying, “If you, even you, had known today the things which belong to your peace! But now, they are hidden from your eyes. For the days will come on you, when your enemies will throw up a barricade against you, surround you, pressing you in on every side, (Luke 19:42-43 RNWEB)

Yahshua is prophesying about a catastrophic event that is going to take place in Yerushalayim and it is making him weep.

and will dash you and your children within you to the ground. They will not leave in you one stone on another, because you didn’t know the time of your visitation.” (Luke 19:44 RNWEB)
As some were talking about the temple and how it was decorated with beautiful stones and gifts, he said, “As for these things which you see, the days will come, in which there will not be left here one stone on another that will not be thrown down.” (Luke 21:5-6 RNWEB)

Yahshua first made the statement in respect to the city and now he is saying the same thing about the temple.

They asked him, “Rabbi, so when will these things beWhat is the sign that these things are about to happen?” He said, “Watch out that you don’t get led astray, for many will come in my name, saying, ’I AM,’ and, ’The time is at hand.’ Therefore don’t follow them. When you hear of wars and disturbances, don’t be terrified, for these things must happen first, but the end won’t come immediately.” (Luke 21:7-9 RNWEB)

Now Yahshua’s disciples are asking him when these things will occur and what sign will there be when they are about to happen. Notice the first thing Yahshua says is to be careful you are not led astray.

The last thing we read in this verse is the end won’t come immediately, what end is he talking about, the world, the end of Yisrael, or the end of the city?

Then he said to them, “Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be great earthquakes, famines, and plagues in various places. There will be terrors and great signs from heaven. But before all these things, they will lay their hands on you and will persecute you, delivering you up to synagogues and prisons, bringing you before kings and governors for my name’s sake. (Luke 21:10-12 RNWEB)

This is often applied to today, and these things may be occurring, however what is the context, was Yahshua talking about events that would be applied to the world or was he specifically referencing the city of Yerushalayim.

It will turn out as a testimony for you. Settle it therefore in your hearts not to meditate beforehand how to answer, for I will give you a mouth and wisdom which all your adversaries will not be able to withstand or to contradict. You will be handed over even by parents, brothers, relatives, and friends. They will cause some of you to be put to death. You will be hated by all men for my name’s sake. And not a hair of your head will perish. “By your endurance you will win your lives. “But when you see Yerushalayim surrounded by armies, then know that its desolation is at hand. (Luke 21:13-20 RNWEB)

Today many look at this as a future event, they are looking for the rebuilding of the temple in Yerushalayim and for the Jews to start sacrificing. Many even believe the pope will go into the temple and proclaim himself to be god.

Then let those who are in Judah flee to the mountains. Let those who are in the midst of her depart. Let those who are in the country not enter therein. (Luke 21:21 RNWEB)

Yahshua, told his Apostles and disciples when you see Yerushalayim surrounded by armies then know the desolation is near, and let those who are in Judah flee to the mountains, and if your not in the city don’t plan to visit or go there because you may not return.

For these are days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled. (Luke 21:22 RNWEB)

This is talking about the vengeance on the sons of Yisrael for breaching the covenant and destroying the prophets.

Woe to those who are pregnant and to those who nurse infants in those days! For there will be great distress in the land, and wrath to this people. They will fall by the edge of the sword, and will be led captive into all the nations. Yerushalayim will be trampled down by the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled. (Luke 21:23-24 RNWEB)

The Hebrews will be extracted out of the land of Yisrael and Yerushalayim will be trodden down by the gentiles, euro-asians, until the time of the gentiles is fulfilled. In other words it’s saying the Hebrews won’t come back to there land till the ruler ship of the euro-asians is done. To date this has not occurred and the next rule or dispensation were waiting for is the Theocratic Age where Yahshua comes back as King of the Earth, which is when the Hebrews will be able to return to the land in peace and without fear.

There will be signs in the sun, moon, and stars; and on the earth anxiety of nations, in perplexity for the roaring of the sea and the waves; men fainting for fear, and for expectation of the things which are coming on the world: for the powers of the heavens will be shaken. Then they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. (Luke 21:25-27 RNWEB)

This verse is specifically dealing with the end of the age prophecy, which occurs after the fullness of the gentiles comes in, however the proceeding verses are dealing with when the euro-asians gained control of Yisrael and they don’t apply to the end of the age.

But when these things begin to happen, look up, and lift up your heads, because your redemption is near.” He told them a parable. “See the fig tree, and all the trees. When they are already budding, you see it and know by your own selves that the summer is already near. Even so you also, when you see these things happening, know that the Kingdom of Elohim is near. Most certainly I tell you, this generation will not pass away until all things are accomplished. Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will by no means pass away. “So be careful, or your hearts will be loaded down with carousing, drunkenness, and cares of this life, and that day will come on you suddenly. For it will come like a snare on all those who dwell on the surface of all the earth. Therefore be watchful all the time, praying that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things that will happen, and to stand before the Son of Man.” Every day Yahshua was teaching in the temple, and every night he would go out and spend the night on the mountain that is called Olivet. All the people came early in the morning to him in the temple to hear him. (Luke 21:28-38 RNWEB)

Let’s look at Matthews account of the same thing to help provide a better understanding.

Yahshua went out from the temple, and was going on his way. His disciples came to him to show him the buildings of the temple. But he answered them, “Don’t you see all of these things? Most certainly I tell you, there will not be left here one stone on another, that will not be thrown down.” As he sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to him privately, saying, “Tell us, when will these things beWhat is the sign of your coming, and of the end of the age?” (Matthew 24:1-3 RNWEB)

Yahshua is presented with three question he needs to answer for his disciples, the same as we read in the book of Luke.

Yahshua answered them, “Be careful that no one leads you astray. For many will come in my name, saying, ’I am the Anointed,’ and will lead many astray. (Matthew 24:4-5 RNWEB)

This verse would better read “I am anointed,” which you here by numerous individuals in Christendom. If they were saying that they were the anointed, then they wouldn’t be coming in the Messiahs name, so they are saying they are anointed.

You will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you aren’t troubled, for all this must happen, but the end is not yet. For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom; and there will be famines, plagues, and earthquakes in various places. But all these things are the beginning of birth pains. Then they will deliver you up to oppression, and will kill you. You will be hated by all of the nations for my name’s sake. (Matthew 24:6-9 RNWEB)

These thing will be the beginning of birth pains which will continue to the last day. Yisrael was being afflicted because of their doctrine, having adopted many of the pagan ways.

Then many will stumble, and will deliver up one another, and will hate one another. Many false prophets will arise, and will lead many astray. Because lawlessness will be multiplied, the love of many will grow cold. But he who endures to the end, the same will be saved. This Good News of the Kingdom will be preached in the whole world for a testimony to all the nations, and then the end will come. (Matthew 24:10-14 RNWEB)

Yochanan introduced the gospel of the Kingdom and Yahshua continued the works of the Kingdom, which is to repent, keep the laws of Elohim, and be purified in the name of Yahshua the anointed to receive eternal life. Yahshua said to Nakdimon, accept a man be born of water and spirit he shall not see the Kingdom. This Good News of the Kingdom will be preached in the whole world for a testimony to all the nations. Christendom boasts the gospel is going out to all the world, however it’s not Yahshua’s gospel, because what the nations are propagating throughout the world today is an abomination to the Most High, a god man named Yahshua [AKA Jesus] never displaced the father. Yahshua says this gospel of the Kingdom, the one that came from his mouth and that was propagated by his apostles, would go out to the world then the end would come. Yahshua’s gospel went out properly to all the world long before the 21st century. The only way to enter the Kingdom is by, learning the covenant as presented in the first five books of the bible, enter the covenant through purification in the name of Yahshua the anointed, and by staying obedient to all the laws, precepts, and statutes of the covenant.

“When, therefore, you see the abomination of desolation, which was spoken of through Daniyel the prophet, standing in the holy place (let the reader understand), (Matthew 24:15 RNWEB)

Let’s look at what Daniyel said.

After the sixty-two weeks the Anointed One shall be cut off, and shall have nothing: and the people of the prince who shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end of it shall be with a flood, and even to the end shall be war; desolations are determined. (Daniel 9:26 RNWEB)

Remember what Yahshua said, your enemies will surround you, they will raise up a barricade to keep you in the city, and they will lay you to the ground. The ones that are not killed will be extracted out of the city and they will be displaced to the four corners of the earth. The people of the prince represent the Roman empire, and the flood in this verse represents people, specifically the gentiles that would trample and rule the city.

He shall make a firm covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the offering to cease; and on the wing of abominations [shall come] one who makes desolate; and even to the full end, and that determined, shall [wrath] be poured out on the desolate. (Daniel 9:27 RNWEB)

When Yahshua was killed the temple veil was torn marking an end to animal sacrifice. For the overspreading of abominations the temple was made desolate.

First, I thank my Elohim through Yahshua the Anointed for all of you, that your faith is proclaimed throughout the whole world. (Romans 1:8 RNWEB)

Remember that Yahshua said this gospel is going to go throughout the whole world, then the end shall come.

For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Master is Master of all, and is rich to all who call on him. For, “Whoever will call on the name of YAH will be saved.” How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? How will they believe in him whom they have not heard? How will they hear without a teacher? And how will they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who teach the Good News of peace, who bring glad tidings of good things!” But they didn’t all listen to the glad news. For Isaiah says, “Master, who has believed our report?” So faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of Elohim. But I say, didn’t they hear? Yes, most certainly, “Their sound went out into all the earth, their words to the ends of the world.” (Romans 10:12-18 RNWEB)

The good news of the Gospel has already been spread throughout the known world under the direction of apostles and disciples. The gospel they preached that had been consecrated, anointed, and raised leaders and teachers, was based on the Sinaitic system under the direction of the new covenant. This is not what is being taught and preached today, which is a message that is diametrically opposed to every biblical tenant found in scripture.

But I ask, didn’t Yisra’el know? First Moshe says, “I will provoke you to jealousy with that which is no nation, with a nation void of understanding I will make you angry.” Isaiah is very bold, and says, “I was found by those who didn’t seek me. I was revealed to those who didn’t ask for me.” But as to Yisra’el he says, “All day long I stretched out my hands to a disobedient and contrary people.” (Romans 10:19-21 RNWEB)
I ask then, did they stumble that they might fall? May it never be! But by their fall salvation has come to the Gentiles, to provoke them to jealousy. (Romans 11:11 RNWEB)

The Most High gave salvation to the gentiles to provoke the Hebrews to jealousy, perhaps if they seen someone else walking in their inheritance they would be provoked, to do what they are supposed to do. Elohim just wanted to get his message out, and Yerushalayim needed to stand until this happens.

Now if their fall is the riches of the world, and their loss the riches of the Gentiles; how much more their fullness? For I speak to you who are Gentiles. Since then as I am an emissary to Gentiles, I glorify my ministry; if by any means I may provoke to jealousy those who are my flesh, and may save some of them. (Romans 11:12-14 RNWEB)
Therefore, when they had come together, they asked him, “Master, are you now restoring the kingdom to Yisra’el?” He said to them, “It isn’t for you to know times or seasons which the Father has set within His own authority. But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you. You will be witnesses to me in Yerushalayim, in all Judah and Samaria, and to the uttermost parts of the earth.” (Acts 1:6-8 RNWEB)

Yahshua said it’s the true gospel that would be preached throughout the world and then the end shall come. He was speaking directly to his apostles and disciples when he said they would be witnesses to him, he was not speaking to future generations in this context. He was talking about the end of Yerushalayim and the nation of Yisrael as they knew it in there time.

Though Christianity today has taken this statement as referring to them, they are not teaching the true gospel, the one that Yahshua endorsed, so the message there perpetuating throughout the world is only leading people astray and has nothing to do with Yahshua’s words to his apostles and disciples, spoken in another time to different people.

Now there were dwelling in Yerushalayim Jews, devout men, from every nation under the sky. (Acts 2:5 RNWEB)

There were Jews from every nation on earth.

When this sound was heard, the multitude came together, and were bewildered, because everyone heard them speaking in his own language. They were all amazed and marveled, saying to one another, “Behold, aren’t all these who speak from the Galil? How do we hear, everyone in our own native language? Parthians, Madai, Elamites, and people from Aram-Naharayim, Judah, Cappadocia, Pontus, Asia, Phrygia, Pamphylia, Egypt, the parts of Libya around Cyrene, visitors from Rome, both Jews and proselytes, Cretans and Arabians: we hear them speaking in our languages the mighty works of Elohim!” They were all amazed, and were perplexed, saying one to another, “What does this mean?” Others, mocking, said, “They are filled with new wine.” (Acts 2:6-13 RNWEB)

Hebrews showed up from all nations under the sky for the day of Pentecost, which is a mandatory holy day for all males. There hearing the gospel, the word that Yahshua taught. These men heard the gospel on a Holy day they had traveled from all over the known earth to attend, and now they would be going home, what message do you think they will be taking back with them?

Now when they heard this, they were cut to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, “Brothers, what shall we do?” Peter said to them, “Repent, and be purified, every one of you, in the name of Yahshua the Anointed for the forgiveness of sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. For to you is the promise, and to your children, and to all who are far off, even as many as YAH our Elohim will call to himself.” (Acts 2:37-39 RNWEB)

The promise was to the Hebrews and their children, and those who were in other lands, not other times. It says they shall receive the Holy Spirit, whose purpose is to give gifts, which were used to confirm the word, and help spread the message quickly.

But an angel of YAH spoke to Philip, saying, “Arise, and go toward the south to the way that goes down from Yerushalayim to ’Aza. This is a desert.” He arose and went; and behold, there was a man of Kush, a eunuch of great authority under Candace, queen of the Kushim, who was over all her treasure, who had come to Yerushalayim to worship. He was returning and sitting in his chariot, and was reading the prophet Isaiah. (Acts 8:26-28 RNWEB)

We have a Hebrew coming up out of Ethiopia going to Yerushalayim to worship.

He commanded the chariot to stand still, and they both went down into the water, both Philip and the eunuch, and he purified him. When they came up out of the water, the Spirit of YAH caught Philip away, and the eunuch didn’t see him any more, for he went on his way rejoicing. (Acts 8:38-39 RNWEB)

Philip went on to convert the next person, the Hebrew out of Ethiopia received his purification, and it’s a strong possibility he returned to be a witness in the land he came from. We know from secular historical documentation’s there were a number of Hebraic assemblies in Ethiopia and some still exist today.

What were trying to show is that the gospel of the Kingdom has already gone out, and then the gentiles rose to power and they crushed it.

But YAH said to him, “Go your way, for he is my chosen vessel to bear my name before the nations and kings, and the children of Yisra’el. (Acts 9:15 RNWEB)
They therefore who were scattered abroad by the oppression that arose about Stephen traveled as far as Phoenicia, Cyprus, and Antioch, speaking the word to no one except to Jews only. But there were some of them, men of Cyprus and Cyrene, who, when they had come to Antioch, spoke to the Hellenists, preaching Master Yahshua. The hand of YAH was with them, and a great number believed and turned to YAH. (Acts 11:19-21 RNWEB)
Now in the assembly that was at Antioch there were some prophets and teachers: Barnabas, Simon who was called Niger, Lucius of Cyrene, Menachem the foster brother of Herod the tetrarch, and Sha’ul. As they served YAH and fasted, the Holy Spirit said, “Separate Barnabas and Sha’ul for me, for the work to which I have called them.” Then, when they had fasted and prayed and laid their hands on them, they sent them away. So, being sent out by the Holy Spirit, they went down to Seleucia. From there they sailed to Cyprus. When they were at Salamis, they proclaimed the word of Elohim in the Jewish synagogues. They had also Yochanan as their attendant. (Acts 13:1-5 RNWEB)

Will look further at what Yahshua said about the abomination of desolation that occurred in the holy place.

Historical Accounts

Assault troops attempt to breach the wall using a variety of methods – stone-hurling ballistas, spear throwing “scorpion” catapults, mantlets, siege towers, battering rams, and the testudo method of interlocking shields for attempt at undermining the wall’s strength. Jewish defenders, with covering fire from 340 artillery pieces of their own (captured after the Battle of Beth-horon and the taking of the Antonia Fortress four years earlier), attempt many excursions outside the walls of the city in a desperate attempt to drive the armies back.

With the 10th Legion providing covering fire, the 5th, 12th, and 15th roll over three massive siege towers against the Third Wall — each determined to be the first to create a breach. Battering rams are employed against the wall, and are countered by sacks lowered from the top of the wall intended to soften the blows.

The rams kept up their work day in and day out.. creating a massive din which troubled the sleep of the defenders.

On May 25, the wall gave way in all three locations. legionaries scrambled up the crumbling walls to face the defenders, and eventually succeeded in opening the Jaffa Gate to the waiting Romans outside. The defenders were forced to flee behind the Second Wall — which dated back to 37 B.C. The second wall was much higher and thicker than the Third. Though it didn’t have as many towers as the Third, it incorporated the bastions of the Temple to the east and Herod’s Palace on the western side of the city.

Titus positions the battering rams to attack the central northern tower of the Second Wall. The tower crumbles, and a section of the wall adjacent to the tower collapsed. The defenders then retreated inside the First Wall. Josephus is used at this juncture to implore the partisans to surrender, promising honorable treatment at the hands of the Romans. The defenders, in response, threaten death to any of the hundreds of thousands of refugees still inside should they attempt to surrender.

Thousands of legionaries poured inside the ruined section of the wall, only to be caught up in a maze of narrow streets inside. Suddenly gates opened in the First Wall and the Romans were overwhelmed and forced to retreat behind the Second Wall.

Titus orders sustained ramming operations and succeeds in opening several new breaches. When the Romans retake the Second Wall, the Jews are forced to again retreat inside the first wall. All buildings between the two walls are then demolished by the Romans. Titus then suspends the siege.

Over the next four days the legions were paraded in full-dress uniforms as Titus ceremoniously doled out the pay of every legionary. This was done in full view of the people, in an attempt to awe the defenders into surrender. People crowded the walls and windows of the city to watch the process. Josephus was sent again to negotiate a surrender — to no avail. The starving masses inside began resorting to any method of satisfying their hunger. Armed bands roved the city violently taking food from the women, children and aged — killing all who resisted. Jews caught foraging for food outside the walls were whipped and crucified. Upwards of 500 people a day were crucified until there were no more crosses to accommodate the victims.

In order to protect the camps supply lines, and seal in the defenders of the city, Titus order the erection of a wall which would encircle the entire city — sealing in the inhabitants and sealing the fate of Yerushalayim.

The circumvallation made of five miles of trench and wall, with over a dozen forts built along its length. Certainly, the Third Wall was plundered for supplies. Those inside the city were astonished to see the entire project completed in just three days. This engineering and construction feat is a marvel of the ancient world and explains why Rome conquered the known world.

With this development, civil war inside the city intensified. Josephus called once more for surrender. This time, he was hit on the head with a stone and was presumed dead, though he revived and resumed his peace efforts. (Visual timeline of the Roman- Jewish War)

Antonia’s Fortress was in the Northwestern corner of the Temple Mount. The purpose of building the fortress was to protect the Temple Mount from the North, the least protected side of the city for foreign invasions. The fortress was first built by the Hasmoneans and was enlarged and reinforced by Herod the Great. During the time of Nehemiah the area was occupied by Hananel’s Tower also called Birah. The Hasmoneans called the fortress Baris, and it was Herod the Great who renamed it after Mark Antonio. We have no information about the dimensions of the fortress except the information given to us by Josephus Flavius regarding the height of the fortress and its towers. The dimensions given are 115 m from East to West, Western side 35 m and Eastern side 42 m, with four towers.

The rock on which the fortress was built was 50 cubits high (22-31 m). The height of the fortress itself was 40 cubits (18-25 m.) and it had 4 towers, one in each corner. The height of three of the towers was 50 cubits and the fourth tower was 70 cubits.

The fortress was used by Herod, followed by the Romans, and the Zealots (the Kanaim) when the latter fought against the Romans. in the siege of 70 C.E. Titus entered the Temple Mount and the temple itself only after he succeeded in conquering Antonia’s Fortress. (26) According to the scholars, the Antonia fortress was located in the area of the present El Omariah school which is in the Northeastern corner of the Temple Mount courts.

Checking the levels of the existing court shows that in the Northwestern corner of the area there is no such rocky hill with a height of 25 m. Indeed the El Omariah building is located on a rock, but this rock is no more than 7 m high in comparison with its surroundings. So, where is the rocky hill on which Antonia’s Fortress was built? If we assume that the rock of El-Omariah is the rock on which Antonia’a Fortress stood, then the level of the Temple Mount should be approximately 25 m from the head of the rock, or about 18 m lower than the level of the Moriah Court. (The Archeological Restoration of Antonia’s Fortress,” Antiquities, (pub. in Hebrew), 1963)

What we see here is that the secular historical information is supporting what Yahshua and other prophets said would occur in scripture. For example, Yahshua said, “But when you see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniyel the prophet, standing where it ought not, then let those who are in Judah flee to the mountains,” and historically we see Titus entered the temple mount in 70 AD after laying siege to the city and conquering Yerushalayim.

In Luke 21:20 we have more details of this predicted overthrow of the city and the Temple. There Yahshua adds, “But when you see Yerushalayim surrounded by armies, then know that its desolation has come near.”

Forty years later the Roman armies under Titus came in and fulfilled the prediction to the very letter. With Titus was a Jewish historian named Josephus who recorded the terrible story in minute detail. It was one of the most ghastly sieges in all history. When the Romans came the city was divided among three warring factions of Jews who were so at each others’ throats that they paid no heed to the approach of the Romans. Thus Titus came up and surrounded the city while it was distracted by its own internecine warfare. The Romans assaulted the walls again and again, and gave every opportunity to the Jews to surrender and save their capital from destruction.

This Good News of the Kingdom will be preached in the whole world for a testimony to all the nations, and then the end will come. (Matthew 24:14 RNWEB)

The gospel being taught today is not the gospel of the kingdom. The gospel of the Kingdom is predicated on a theocracy, heaven is run by theocratic precepts, an ethic and character that is after the Most High himself. This is the reason why YAH said these are not your ways these are my ways, how can two walk together accept the agree. We must be in agreement with his processes and mandates, he does not have to be in agreement with mans ways.

As he sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to him privately, saying, “Tell us, when will these things be? What is the sign of your coming, and of the end of the age?” (Matthew 24:3 RNWEB)

The very first thing we see in Luke 19 and 21 is Yahshua lamenting over the fall of the city Yerushalayim and the destruction of the temple, and since the time of it’s fall in 70 CE Yisrael has been in tribulation.

“When, therefore, you see the abomination of desolation, which was spoken of through Daniyel the prophet, standing in the holy place (let the reader understand), then let those who are in Judah flee to the mountains. (Matthew 24:15-16 RNWEB)

Daniyel said the people of the prince shall come to destroy the holy city, the sanctuary, and the end shall be with a flood.

Let’s look at another historical account of the fall of Yerushalayim.

During the long siege a terrible famine raged in the city and the bodies of the inhabitants were literally stacked like cordwood in the streets. Mothers ate their children to preserve their own strength. The toll of Jewish suffering was horrible but they would not surrender the city. Again and again they attempted to trick the Romans through guile and perfidy. When at last the walls were breached Titus tried to preserve the Temple by giving orders to his soldiers not to destroy or burn it. But the anger of the soldiers against the Jews was so intense that, maddened by the resistance they encountered, they disobeyed the order of their general and set fire to the Temple. There were great quantities of gold and silver there which had been placed in the Temple for safekeeping. This melted and ran down between the rocks and into the cracks of the stones. When the soldiers captured the Temple area, in their greed to obtain this gold and silver they took long bars and pried apart the massive stones. Thus, quite literally, not one stone was left standing upon another. The Temple itself was totally destroyed, though the wall supporting the area upon which the Temple was built was left partially intact and a portion of it remains to this day, called the Western Wall.

Remember Yahshua said this was a time of vengeance, that all things will be fulfilled, so what was he talking about? Daniyel said for the over spreading of abominations he shall make it desolate.

For you, brothers, became imitators of the assemblies of Elohim which are in Judah in the Anointed Yahshua; for you also suffered the same things from your own countrymen, even as they did from the Hebrews; (1 Thessalonians 2:14 RNWEB)

Thessalonica was a gentile city, however this says they became imitators of the assemblies of Elohim, gentiles were not running out setting up assemblies, Hebrews established all the places of worship and if a gentile wanted to learn how to serve the Most High he had to find a Hebrew assembly.

who killed both Master Yahshua and their own prophets, and drove us out, and didn’t please Elohim, and are contrary to all men; forbidding us to speak to the Gentiles that they may be saved; to fill up their sins always. But wrath has come on them to the uttermost. (1 Thessalonians 2:15-16 RNWEB)

Sha’ul is confirming what Yahshua said about the wrath coming on the sons of Yisrael.

Were going to look more at what Daniyel meant when he said the end will be with a flood, talking about the end of Yerushalayim, and Yisrael as it was once known.

Behold, YAH’s hand is not shortened, that it can’t save; neither his ear heavy, that it can’t hear: but your iniquities have separated between you and your Elohim, and your sins have hidden his face from you, so that he will not hear. (Isaiah 59:1-2 RNWEB)

YAH doesn’t hear them because of their iniquity, lawlessness.

For your hands are defiled with blood, and your fingers with lawlessness; your lips have spoken lies, your tongue mutters wickedness. None sues in righteousness, and none pleads in truth: they trust in vanity, and speak lies; they conceive mischief, and bring forth lawlessness. They hatch adders’ eggs, and weave the spider’s web: he who eats of their eggs dies; and that which is crushed breaks out into a viper. Their webs shall not become garments, neither shall they cover themselves with their works: their works are works of lawlessness, and the act of violence is in their hands. Their feet run to evil, and they make haste to shed innocent blood: their thoughts are thoughts of lawlessness; desolation and destruction are in their paths. The way of peace they don’t know; and there is no justice in their goings: they have made them crooked paths; whoever goes therein does not know peace. Therefore is justice far from us, neither does righteousness overtake us: we look for light, but, behold, darkness; for brightness, but we walk in obscurity. We grope for the wall like the blind; yes, we grope as those who have no eyes: we stumble at noonday as in the twilight; among those who are lusty we are as dead men. We roar all like bears, and moan sore like doves: we look for justice, but there is none; for salvation, but it is far off from us. For our transgressions are multiplied before you, and our sins testify against us; for our transgressions are with us, and as for our iniquities, we know them: transgressing and denying YAH, and turning away from following our Elohim, speaking oppression and revolt, conceiving and uttering from the heart words of falsehood. Justice is turned away backward, and righteousness stands afar off; for truth is fallen in the street, and uprightness can’t enter. Yes, truth is lacking; and he who departs from evil makes himself a prey. YAH saw it, and it displeased him who there was no justice. (Isaiah 59:3-15 RNWEB)

He who departs from evil makes himself prey, this is because when we walk contrary to the ways of the world and uphold YAH’s laws and precepts, we stand out.

He saw that there was no man, and wondered that there was no intercessor: therefore his own arm brought salvation to him; and his righteousness, it upheld him. He put on righteousness as a breastplate, and a helmet of salvation on his head; and he put on garments of vengeance for clothing, and was clad with zeal as a mantle. According to their deeds, accordingly he will repay, wrath to his adversaries, recompense to his enemies; to the islands he will repay recompense. So shall they fear the name of YAH from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun; When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of YAH shall lift up a standard against him. (Isaiah 59:16-19 RNWEB)

Daniyel said the people of the prince will come, and the end shall be as a flood, and it was talking about a flood of the wicked coming in. Yahshua said when your enemies begin to surround you.

By David the servant of YAH, who spoke to YAH the words of this song in the day that YAH delivered him from the hand of all his enemies, and from the hand of Sha’ul. He said, I love you, YAH, my strength. YAH is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer; my Elohim, my rock, in whom I take refuge; my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower. I call on YAH, who is worthy to be praised; and I am saved from my enemies. The cords of death surrounded me. The floods of unobedience made me afraid. (Psalms 18:1-4 RNWEB)
To these he also showed himself alive after he suffered, by many proofs, appearing to them over a period of forty days, and speaking about Elohim’s Kingdom. (Acts 1:3 RNWEB)
confirming the souls of the disciples, exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that through many afflictions we must enter into the Kingdom of Elohim. (Acts 14:22 RNWEB)

We don’t just walk into the Kingdom of Elohim, we will all be tried and tested to see if were worthy to enter the Kingdom.

This is now, beloved, the second letter that I have written to you; and in both of them I stir up your sincere mind by reminding you; that you should remember the words which were spoken before by the holy prophets, and the commandments of us, the apostles of the Master and Savior: knowing this first, that in the last days mockers will come, walking after their own lusts, and saying, “Where is the promise of his coming? For, from the day that the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.” For this they willfully forget, that there were heavens from of old, and an earth formed out of water and amid water, by the word of Elohim; by which means the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished. (2 Peter 3:1-6 RNWEB)

The earth didn’t perish, if it did we couldn’t be here, it was just the inhabitants on the earth that perished.

But the heavens that now are, and the earth, by the same word have been stored up for fire, being reserved against the day of judgment and destruction of unreverent men. But don’t forget this one thing, beloved, that one day is with YAH as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. YAH is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. (2 Peter 3:7-9 RNWEB)

This is the reason why the wicked exist, because the Most High is giving them time to come into the knowledge of the truth, repent, and turn toward righteousness. He does this because he is merciful, long suffering, and a loving sovereign power.

But the day of YAH will come as a thief in the night; in which the heavens will pass away with a great noise, and the elements will be dissolved with fervent heat, and the earth and the works that are in it will be burned up. (2 Peter 3:10 RNWEB)

The earth represents the inhabitants and the works represents there actions, behaviors, and religious effigies. The earth is going to remain, it’s not going anywhere.

Therefore since all these things will be destroyed like this, what kind of people ought you to be in holy living and obedience, looking for and earnestly desiring the coming of the day of Elohim, which will cause the burning heavens to be dissolved, and the elements will melt with fervent heat? But, according to his promise, we look for new heavens and a new earth, in which righteousness dwells. (2 Peter 3:11-13 RNWEB)

Again what is going to be destroyed is the inhabitants of the earth and there unclean works. The people that will remain will be the righteous, which will change the condition of the earth.

Therefore, beloved, seeing that you look for these things, be diligent to be found in peace, without blemish and blameless in his sight. Regard the patience of our Master as salvation; even as our beloved brother Sha’ul also, according to the wisdom given to him, wrote to you; as also in all of his letters, speaking in them of these things. In those, there are some things that are hard understand, which the ignorant and unsettled twist, as they also do to the other Scriptures, to their own destruction. You therefore, beloved, knowing these things beforehand, beware, lest being carried away with the error of the wicked, you fall from your own steadfastness. But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Master and Savior Yahshua the Anointed. To him be the glory both now and forever. Amein. (2 Peter 3:14-18 RNWEB)

Sha’ul’s teachings are very hard to understand by the unlearned and unstable to the point where they wrestle with it to their destruction. Christendom has built it’s theological position on all Sha’ul’s writings, without understanding everything he wrote was predicated on the Torah, the laws, ordinances, and precepts of YAH that are documented in the first five books of the bible.

YAH saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. (Genesis 6:5 RNWEB)

YAH doesn’t have a problem with the earth, just its inhabitants. If man imagines a thing he will end up performing it, taking it to action, a work of his hand.

YAH was sorry that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him in his heart. YAH said, “I will destroy man whom I have created from the surface of the ground; man, along with animals, creeping things, and birds of the sky; for I am sorry that I have made them.” But Noah found favor in YAH’s eyes. This is the history of the generations of Noah. Noah was a righteous man, blameless among the people of his time. Noah walked with Elohim. Noah became the father of three sons: Shem, Cham, and Yefet. The earth was corrupt before Elohim, and the earth was filled with violence. (Genesis 6:6-11 RNWEB)

The earth doesn’t commit acts of evil or good, it was the people that corrupted it. One of the definitions of earth is people or inhabitants, and that’s the way this word is often used in scripture.

Elohim saw the earth, and saw that it was corrupt, for all flesh had corrupted their way on the earth. Elohim said to Noah, “The end of all flesh has come before me, for the earth is filled with violence through them. Behold, I will destroy them with the earth. (Genesis 6:12-13 RNWEB)
You shall not bow down to their elohims, nor serve them, nor follow their practices, but you shall utterly overthrow them and demolish their pillars. (Exodus 23:24 RNWEB)

The practices or works are their deeds, and he will destroy them.

Elohim saw their works, that they turned from their evil way. Elohim relented of the disaster which he said he would do to them, and he didn’t do it. (Jonah 3:10 RNWEB)

So any unclean deeds they were performing they changed, they turned from them.

For evildoers shall be cut off, but those who wait for YAH shall inherit the land. For yet a little while, and the wicked will be no more. Yes, though you look for his place, he isn’t there. (Psalms 37:9-10 RNWEB)

YAH promised that those who follow after righteousness shall inherit the land, and he will remove everyone else, those not serving him according to his guidelines.

For the upright will dwell in the land. The perfect will remain in it. But the wicked will be cut off from the land. The treacherous will be rooted out of it. (Proverbs 2:21-22 RNWEB)
Therefore, even as the Holy Spirit says, “Today if you will hear his voice, don’t harden your hearts, as in the provocation, like as in the day of the trial in the wilderness, where your fathers tested me by proving me, and saw my works for forty years. Therefore I was displeased with that generation, and said, ’They always err in their heart, but they didn’t know my ways;’ as I swore in my wrath, ’They will not enter into my rest.’” (Hebrews 3:7-11 RNWEB)

These were the people in the wilderness who would not enter the promised land known as Yisrael.

Beware, brothers, lest perhaps there be in any one of you an evil heart of unbelief, in falling away from the living Elohim; but exhort one another day by day, so long as it is called “today;” lest any one of you be hardened by the deceitfulness of sin. (Hebrews 3:12-13 RNWEB)

We need to be careful we’re not led away from the Kingdom by the trickery of sin. This is why it’s important we follow the theocratic process that the Most High put before us, if we don’t we will not enter the Kingdom.

For we have become partakers of the Anointed, if we hold fast the beginning of our confidence firm to the end: while it is said, “Today if you will hear his voice, don’t harden your hearts, as in the rebellion.” For who, when they heard, rebelled? No, didn’t all those who came out of Egypt by Moshe? With whom was he displeased forty years? Wasn’t it with those who sinned, whose bodies fell in the wilderness? To whom did he swear that they wouldn’t enter into his rest, but to those who were disobedient? We see that they were not able to enter in because of unbelief. (Hebrews 3:14-19 RNWEB)
Let us fear therefore, lest perhaps anyone of you should seem to have come short of a promise of entering into his rest. (Hebrews 4:1 RNWEB)

This is not talking about the Sabbath rest, so it must be talking about the millennial period, the theocracy that will be established on the earth.

For indeed we have had good news preached to us, even as they also did, but the word they heard didn’t profit them, because it wasn’t mixed with faith by those who heard. For we who have believed do enter into that rest, even as he has said, “As I swore in my wrath, they will not enter into my rest;” although the works were finished from the foundation of the world. For he has said this somewhere about the seventh day, “Elohim rested on the seventh day from all his works;” and in this place again, “They will not enter into my rest.” Seeing therefore it remains that some should enter therein, and they to whom the good news was before preached failed to enter in because of disobedience, he again defines a certain day, today, saying through David so long a time afterward (just as has been said), “Today if you will hear his voice, don’t harden your hearts.” For if Yahoshua had given them rest, he would not have spoken afterward of another day. (Hebrews 4:2-8 RNWEB)

Even when they went into the land of Yisrael the Most High spoke of another rest, he was speaking of the theocratic kingdom that were laboring to enter, and the only way in is by following the theocratic processes that the Most High has given us.

There remains therefore a Sabbath rest for the people of Elohim. For he who has entered into his rest has himself also rested from his works, as Elohim did from his. Let us therefore give diligence to enter into that rest, lest anyone fall after the same example of disobedience. For the word of Elohim is living, and active, and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing even to the dividing of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and is able to discern the thoughts and intentions of the heart. (Hebrews 4:9-12 RNWEB)
Now faith is assurance of things hoped for, proof of things not seen. For by this, the elders obtained testimony. By faith, we understand that the universe has been framed by the word of Elohim, so that what is seen has not been made out of things which are visible. By faith, Abel offered to Elohim a more excellent sacrifice than Kayin, through which he had testimony given to him that he was righteous, Elohim testifying with respect to his gifts; and through it he, being dead, still speaks. By faith, Chanokh was taken away, so that he wouldn’t see death, and he was not found, because Elohim translated him. For he has had testimony given to him that before his translation he had been well pleasing to Elohim. Without faith it is impossible to be well pleasing to him, for he who comes to Elohim must believe that he exists, and that he is a rewarder of those who seek him. By faith, Noah, being warned about things not yet seen, moved with reverent fear, prepared a ark for the saving of his house, through which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is according to faith. By faith, Abraham, when he was called, obeyed to go out to the place which he was to receive for an inheritance. He went out, not knowing where he went. By faith, he lived as an alien in the land of promise, as in a land not his own, dwelling in tents, with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise. For he looked for the city which has the foundations, whose builder and maker is Elohim. By faith, even Sarah herself received power to conceive, and she bore a child when she was past age, since she counted him faithful who had promised. Therefore as many as the stars of the sky in multitude, and as innumerable as the sand which is by the sea shore, were fathered by one man, and him as good as dead. These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them and embraced them from afar, and having confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth. For those who say such things make it clear that they are seeking a country of their own. If indeed they had been thinking of that country from which they went out, they would have had enough time to return. But now they desire a better country, that is, a heavenly one. Therefore Elohim is not ashamed of them, to be called their Elohim, for he has prepared a city for them. By faith, Abraham, being tested, offered up Isaac. Yes, he who had gladly received the promises was offering up his one and only son; even he to whom it was said, “In Isaac will your seed be called;” concluding that Elohim is able to raise up even from the dead. Figuratively speaking, he also did receive him back from the dead. By faith, Isaac blessed Jacob and Esav, even concerning things to come. By faith, Jacob, when he was dying, blessed each of the sons of Yosef, and worshiped, leaning on the top of his staff. By faith, Yosef, when his end was near, made mention of the departure of the children of Yisra’el; and gave instructions concerning his bones. By faith, Moshe, when he was born, was hidden for three months by his parents, because they saw that he was a beautiful child, and they were not afraid of the king’s commandment. By faith, Moshe, when he had grown up, refused to be called the son of Par’oh’s daughter, choosing rather to share ill treatment with Elohim’s people, than to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a time; (Hebrews 11:1-25 RNWEB)

All these Patriarchs believed and stood by Elohim by faith, believing in something they couldn’t see or feel rather than enter into sin, today however people are embracing lawlessness and resting in the ways of this world and the traditions of men.

accounting the reproach of the Anointed greater riches than the treasures of Egypt; for he looked to the reward. (Hebrews 11:26 RNWEB)

The anointed being reference in this verse cannot be Yahshua, he had not been born yet, it’s referring to Yisrael.

By faith, he left Egypt, not fearing the wrath of the king; for he endured, as seeing him who is invisible. By faith, he kept the Passover, and the sprinkling of the blood, that the destroyer of the firstborn should not touch them. By faith, they passed through the Red sea as on dry land. When the Egyptians tried to do so, they were swallowed up. By faith, the walls of Yericho fell down, after they had been encircled for seven days. By faith, Rachav the prostitute, didn’t perish with those who were disobedient, having received the spies in peace. What more shall I say? For the time would fail me if I told of Gid’on, Barak, Shimshon, Yiftach, David, Shemu’el, and the prophets; who, through faith subdued kingdoms, worked out righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions, quenched the power of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, from weakness were made strong, grew mighty in war, and caused foreign armies to flee. Women received their dead by resurrection. Others were tortured, not accepting their deliverance, that they might obtain a better resurrection. Others were tried by mocking and scourging, yes, moreover by bonds and imprisonment. They were stoned. They were sawn apart. They were tempted. They were slain with the sword. They went around in sheep skins and in goat skins; being destitute, afflicted, ill-treated (of whom the world was not worthy), wandering in deserts, mountains, caves, and the holes of the earth. These all, having had testimony given to them through their faith, didn’t receive the promise, (Hebrews 11:27-39 RNWEB)

We must keep our eyes on the promise even though it may seem far off, this is the only way we will achieve spiritual excellence, which requires that we follow the theocratic process that the Most High has given us. We must keep the laws, commandments, and precepts of Elohim, have faith in the atoning sacrifice of Yahshua the anointed, and be purified in his name.

Elohim having provided some better thing concerning us, so that apart from us they should not be made perfect. (Hebrews 11:40 RNWEB)
Therefore let us also, seeing we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, lay aside every weight and the sin which so easily entangles us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, looking to Yahshua, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the stake, despising shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of Elohim. For consider him who has endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, that you don’t grow weary, fainting in your souls. You have not yet resisted to blood, striving against sin; and you have forgotten the exhortation which reasons with you as with children, “My son, don’t take lightly the chastening of YAH, nor faint when you are reproved by him; For whom YAH loves, he chastens, and scourges every son whom he receives.” It is for discipline that you endure. Elohim deals with you as with children, for what son is there whom his father doesn’t discipline? But if you are without discipline, of which all have been made partakers, then are you illegitimate, and not children. Furthermore, we had the fathers of our flesh to chasten us, and we paid them respect. Shall we not much rather be in subjection to the Father of spirits, and live? For they indeed, for a few days, punished us as seemed good to them; but he for our profit, that we may be partakers of his holiness. (Hebrews 12:1-10 RNWEB)

YAH disciplines us so we can receive the reward, unfortunately most of us complain when this happens, rather than receiving the correction and learning from it by adjusting our attitude and actions appropriately.

All chastening seems for the present to be not joyous but grievous; yet afterward it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness to those who have been exercised thereby. Therefore, lift up the hands that hang down and the feeble knees, and make straight paths for your feet, so that which is lame may not be dislocated, but rather be healed. (Hebrews 12:11-13 RNWEB)
For since death came by man, the resurrection of the dead also came by man. (1 Corinthians 15:21 RNWEB)

The messiah didn’t come to redeem us from sin, he came to redeem us from the penalty of sin, if we choose to accept him and the process of redemption. The penalty of sin is death, Elohim’s plan is to give us eternal life, correcting the curse Adam brought on all mankind through the anointed Yahshua. All men are appointed to die, it’s part of the process, however it’s eternal death that were looking to avoid and eternal life that we strive to obtain.

For as in Adam all die, so also in the Anointed all will be made alive. But each in his own order: the Anointed the first fruits, then those who are the Anointed’s, at his coming. Then the end comes, when he will deliver up the Kingdom to Elohim, even the Father; when he will have abolished all rule and all authority and power. (1 Corinthians 15:22-24 RNWEB)

Yahshua is going to reign for one thousand years, one prophetic day. During this time we will be under a theocratic rule, which is the precursor before we enter everlasting righteousness (The Kingdom of Elohim).

For he must reign until he has put all his enemies under his feet. The last enemy that will be abolished is death. For, “He put all things in subjection under his feet.” But when he says, “All things are put in subjection,” it is evident that he is excepted who subjected all things to him. When all things have been subjected to him, then the Son will also himself be subjected to him who subjected all things to him, that Elohim may be all in all. (1 Corinthians 15:25-28 RNWEB)

Yahshua has one prophetic day to rule, lets look at this in scripture.

I saw an angel coming down out of heaven, having the key of the abyss and a great chain in his hand. He seized the dragon, the old serpent, which is the devil and Satan, who deceives the whole inhabited earth, and bound him for a thousand years, and cast him into the abyss, and shut it, and sealed it over him, that he should deceive the nations no more, until the thousand years were finished. After this, he must be freed for a short time. I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was given to them. I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for the testimony of Yahshua, and for the word of Elohim, and such as didn’t worship the beast nor his image, and didn’t receive the mark on their forehead and on their hand. They lived, and reigned with the Anointed for the thousand years. The rest of the dead didn’t live until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection. Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection. Over these, the second death has no power, but they will be priests of Elohim and of the Anointed, and will reign with him one thousand years. And after the thousand years, Satan will be released from his prison, and he will come out to deceive the nations which are in the four corners of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to the war; the number of whom is as the sand of the sea. They went up over the breadth of the earth, and surrounded the camp of the holy ones, and the beloved city. Fire came down out of heaven from Elohim, and devoured them. The devil who deceived them was thrown into the lake of fire and sulfur, where the beast and the false prophet are also. They will be tormented day and night forever and ever. I saw a great white throne, and him who sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away. There was found no place for them. I saw the dead, the great and the small, standing before the throne, and they opened books. Another book was opened, which is the book of life. The dead were judged out of the things which were written in the books, according to their works. The sea gave up the dead who were in it. Death and grave gave up the dead who were in them. They were judged, each one according to his works. Death and grave were thrown into the lake of fire. This is the second death, the lake of fire. If anyone was not found written in the book of life, he was cast into the lake of fire. (Revelation 20:1-15 RNWEB)

Sha’ul said in the book of Corinthians, when Yahshua’s rule has ended he then turns the Kingdom over to Elohim.

I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth have passed away, and the sea is no more. I saw the holy city, New Yerushalayim, coming down out of heaven from Elohim, made ready like a bride adorned for her husband. I heard a loud voice out of heaven saying, “Behold, Elohim’s dwelling is with people, and he will dwell with them, and they will be his people, and Elohim himself will be with them as their Elohim. (Revelation 21:1-3 RNWEB)

We are laboring to enter two kingdoms, we will have to show ourselves worthy in this age, and in the millennial age if we are to enter the final Kingdom. So we had the message of the Kingdom first, then we enter the millennial Kingdom, and finally we enter the Kingdom of Elohim.

He will wipe away from them every tear from their eyes. Death will be no more; neither will there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain, any more. The first things have passed away.” He who sits on the throne said, “Behold, I am making all things new.” He said, “Write, for these words of Elohim are faithful and true.” He said to me, “It is done! I am the Alef and the Tav, the Beginning and the End. I will give freely to him who is thirsty from the spring of the water of life. He who overcomes, I will give him these things. I will be his Elohim, and he will be my son. But for the cowardly, unbelieving, sinners, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars, their part is in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur, which is the second death.” (Revelation 21:4-8 RNWEB)

We will need to be very well rooted, stable, focused, and committed to spiritual excellence to enter this Kingdom.

One of the seven angels who had the seven bowls, who were loaded with the seven last plagues came, and he spoke with me, saying, “Come here. I will show you the wife, the Lamb’s bride.” He carried me away in the Spirit to a great and high mountain, and showed me the holy city, Yerushalayim, coming down out of heaven from Elohim, (Revelation 21:9-10 RNWEB)

The holy city descended out of heaven after the millennial reign, we are going through a two step purging, the earth needs to be purged of all iniquity before the final age and the reign of Elohim. Everyone who is not walking in righteousness will be destroyed in the second death, those who are considered worthy to enter the millennial reign will have to remain faithful or be purged before the final age where the earth will be inhabited by the righteous that endured and have achieved immortality, and now are ruled by Elohim in the new city Yerushalayim.

having the glory of Elohim. Her light was like a most precious stone, as if it was a jasper stone, clear as crystal; having a great and high wall; having twelve gates, and at the gates twelve angels; and names written on them, which are the names of the twelve tribes of the children of Yisra’el. On the east were three gates; and on the north three gates; and on the south three gates; and on the west three gates. The wall of the city had twelve foundations, and on them twelve names of the twelve Emissaries of the Lamb. He who spoke with me had for a measure, a golden reed, to measure the city, its gates, and its walls. The city lies foursquare, and its length is as great as its breadth. He measured the city with the reed, Twelve thousand twelve stadia. Its length, breadth, and height are equal. (Revelation 21:11-16 RNWEB)

The city is 375 miles square and 375 miles in height, this is the Kingdom were laboring to enter.

Its wall is one hundred forty-four cubits, by the measure of a man, that is, of an angel. The construction of its wall was jasper. The city was pure gold, like pure glass. The foundations of the city’s wall were adorned with all kinds of precious stones. The first foundation was jasper; the second, sappir; the third, chalcedony; the fourth, yahalom; the fifth, sardonyx; the sixth, sardius; the seventh, chrysolite; the eighth, beryl; the ninth, topaz; the tenth, chrysoprasus; the eleventh, jacinth; and the twelfth, amethyst. The twelve gates were twelve pearls. Each one of the gates was made of one pearl. The street of the city was pure gold, like transparent glass. I saw no temple in it, for YAH Elohim, the Almighty, and the Lamb, are its temple. The city has no need for the sun, neither of the moon, to shine, for the very glory of Elohim illuminated it, and its lamp is the Lamb. The nations will walk in its light. The kings of the earth bring the glory and honor of the nations into it. (Revelation 21:17-24 RNWEB)

There will still be governments on the earth, and the city Yerushalayim will be the center point of the world.

Its gates will in no way be shut by day (for there will be no night there), and they shall bring the glory and the honor of the nations into it so that they may enter. There will in no way enter into it anything profane, or one who causes an abomination or a lie, but only those who are written in the Lamb’s book of life. (Revelation 21:25-27 RNWEB)

The governments of the earth shall be bringing tribute to the city.

He showed me a river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of Elohim and of the Lamb, in the middle of its street. On this side of the river and on that was the tree of life, bearing twelve kinds of fruits, yielding its fruit every month. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. There will be no curse any more. The throne of Elohim and of the Lamb will be in it, and his servants serve him. They will see his face, and his name will be on their foreheads. (Revelation 22:1-4 RNWEB)

We will always be conscience of Elohim and the ways of righteousness, it will be in the very marrow of our bones.

There will be no night, and they need no lamp light; for YAH Elohim will illuminate them. They will reign forever and ever. He said to me, “These words are faithful and true. YAH Elohim of the spirits of the prophets sent his angel to show to his bondservants the things which must happen soon.” “Behold, I come quickly. Blessed is he who keeps the words of the prophecy of this book.” Now I, Yochanan, am the one who heard and saw these things. When I heard and saw, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel who had shown me these things. He said to me, “See you don’t do it! I am a fellow bondservant with you and with your brothers, the prophets, and with those who keep the words of this book. Worship Elohim.” He said to me, “Don’t seal up the words of the prophecy of this book, for the time is at hand. He who acts unjustly, let him act unjustly still. He who is filthy, let him be filthy still. He who is righteous, let him do righteousness still. He who is holy, let him be holy still.” “Behold, I come quickly. My reward is with me, to repay to each man according to his work. I am the Alef and the Tav, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End. Blessed are those who do his commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter in by the gates into the city. Outside are the dogs, the sorcerers, the sexually immoral, the murderers, the idolaters, and everyone who loves and practices falsehood. I, Yahshua, have sent my angel to testify these things to you for the assemblies. I am the root and the offspring of David; the Bright and Morning Star.” The Spirit and the bride say, “Come!” He who hears, let him say, “Come!” He who is thirsty, let him come. He who desires, let him take the water of life freely. I testify to everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book, if anyone adds to them, may Elohim add to him the plagues which are written in this book. If anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, may Elohim take away his part from the tree of life, and out of the holy city, which are written in this book. He who testifies these things says, “Yes, I come quickly.” Amein! Yes, come, Master Yahshua. The grace of Master Yahshua the Anointed be with all the holy ones. Amein. (Revelation 22:5-21 RNWEB)

Summing Up

During this study we established several facts about the Kingdom of Elohim.

  • We are not in the Kingdom yet, which we know because a number of biblical indicators have not yet occurred.
  • The Kingdom will be on the earth not in heaven.
  • The Kingdom of Heaven and Kingdom of Elohim refer to the same thing.
  • Being born again as quoted by Yahshua to Nakdimon occurs after you die in this life and are resurrected with a new body, just as Yahshua died and was resurrected being the first begotten of many brethren.
  • In order to enter the Kingdom we must follow the theocratic processes given by the Most High.
  • The millenial reign of the Messiah is not the final Kingdom were looking to enter.
  • The Kingdom of Elohim is the eternal reign that occurs after Yahshua’s reign during the millennial kingdom.
